If you are unable to find an answer in the knowledgebase, please
email our support team with your question. When emailing your
question, please
make sure to include the following
information:
1. What Summitsoft product you are using
2. What version of the product you are using
3. What operating system you are running (XP, Vista)
Once you have submitted your question, you will receive an automatic response with a generated ticket number that verifies we have received your question and are reviewing it. Email Response time may take up
