Q. What is the difference between my current version of Logo Design Studio Pro and the new Vector Edition?

A. The new Vector Edition will not work with other versions of Logo Design Studio because it is a completely new design engine developed by Summitsoft over the past three years. This powerful design engine is completely vector based, meaning your designs and illustrations are created using curves and lines rather than individual "square" dots called pixels. Using vector illustration, you can make your designs smaller than a postage stamp or larger than a billboard without losing sharpness, so you no longer have to worry about your designs getting fuzzy at larger sizes. Also, to put it in perspective...many creative professionals use Adobe Illustrator, the standard for vector illustration. Now any amateur or expert has an easier solution for vector illustration, plus we include over 8,000 pre-designed (and fully editable!) logo templates and graphics to give you a creative jumpstart.

Q. Can I use logos created in other versions of Logo Design Studio (Logo Design Shop, Logo Design Studio, Logo Design Studio Pro) with the new Logo Design Studio Pro - Vector Edition?
