| Q. Do I need to uninstall Logo Design Studio before installing Logo Design Studio Pro? |

| A. Yes, you should uninstall your original version of Logo Design Studio before installing Logo Design Studio Pro. Before removing your older version, make sure to make a copy of (or move) any logo projects you have saved in your My Logo Design Studio Projects folder, located in My Documents (Documents for Vista users). Logo Design Studio Pro includes all content that comes with our standard Logo Design Studio version. |

| Q. I have an older version of your logo design software; what is the difference between my older version and the new one? |

| A. The new Logo Design Studio (version 3.5) now includes all original Logo Design Studio Pro templates, nearly all of which have been recreated and updated for a fresh new look. The new Logo Design Studio also now includes all original Logo Design Studio Pro objects, along with over 500 brand new objects, for a new total of 2500 pre-designed graphic objects. The new Logo Design Studio Pro (version 3.5) includes everything mentioned in the new standard version above, but also includes almost 400 unique logo templates (only found in the Pro version), as well as all objects and templates from the following expansion packs: The Big Concept 2 Spirituality and Faith Pack Expansion Pack 1 - Variety Pack This brings the total number of logo templates to 1200, and the total number of logo objects to over 5000! |

| Q. Is Logo Design Studio Pro available as a download? |

| A. Yes, but we recommend ordering the boxed version. Since all objects and templates were designed with high quality standards, the program fits on two CDs and is packed with over 1.5 Gigabytes of creative material. Due to the size of the program, downloading Logo Design Studio Pro is not recommended, but is an available option. |

| A. Open the program and go to Help>Check For Product Update. Updating your software will not give you the upgrade version 3.5; this must be purchased on this website or in a retail store. Call (402) 554-1400 to ask how you can upgrade to the new version 3.5 if you already have an older version of the software. |
