Summitsoft Puts Move to Montana On Hold
OMAHA, NE – January 21, 2008 – (Business Wire) Summitsoft Corporation announced today that it has put on hold its plans to move to Polson, Montana. The company had hoped to relocate its Macware® division to the community of Polson in the summer 2008, with the parent company making the move in late 2009. "After spending time in the Lake County area, we found potential employees with degrees in computer science, marketing and other areas relating to our business, that have been forced to commute or relocate in order to utilize their skills," stated Bruce Lowry, President and CEO. "It is our hope that we can resolve the problems that have caused the delay in relocation, and move forward with our plans." Summitsoft Corporation is a leading developer and publisher of productivity software for both PC and Mac platforms. The Summitsoft® and Macware® brands are sold in major retailers of the United States and Canada including Office Depot, Office Max, Staples, Best Buy and others.
